Dr Mack was incredibly informative, caring, validating, and knowledgeable. She gave a name to what had been causing urinary issues for years and explained it could be corrected, along with bladder prolapse. She was also receptive in prescribing HRT for extreme perimenopausal symptoms instead of pushing mental health meds and telling me to read books on menopause. She is absolutely incredible.
